Bookings
Signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions
as set out below, and shall be binding on the persons intending
to occupy the premises.
Payment
The payment of the appropriate deposit must
accompany the booking form, and will secure your reservation unless
the booking is made within
8 weeks of departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure
the full payment plus the £100/$100 security deposit must accompany
the booking form. Should full payment not reach the Owner by the
date 8 weeks prior to your departure, then the Owner reserves the
right
to cancel your booking and you will be liable to pay the cancellation
charges listed below.
Cancellation Charges
Should you cancel your booking the Owner will charge
a sum equivalent to any loss suffered by the Owner. Without prejudice
to the foregoing,
in the event of cancellation by you, the following charges will apply:

Up to six weeks prior to departure = loss of deposit
Between six to four weeks prior to departure = 50% of the rental charges
Less than four weeks prior to departure = 100% of the rental charges
In the event of cancellation by the Owner, all monies
will be refunded but the Owner shall not be liable to you or the party
for any further loss.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £100/$100 is required to be paid in addition
to the cost of the rental fees. This is refunded approximately four weeks
after your return, less any deductions necessary following the inspection
of the house on your departure.

You and the party shall be liable for all telephone calls. The telephone
requires you to purchase a phone card for all outgoing calls and will
receive incoming calls. Damaged or missing items listed on the inventory,
excess or delayed cleaning costs, replacement of keys/locks. To the extent
these liabilities, losses and costs are less than or equal to the security
deposit these will be withheld from the security deposit and retained
by the Owner.
Liability
The house will be reserved in your name (as party leader) for the number
of people specified at the time of the booking only. The house has a
swimming pool and the Owner accepts no responsibility or liability for
any injury or injuries howsoever caused in, on or near the pool, garden,
garage or house, by any member of the party or their visitors. The party
is requested to supervise all children and visitors at all times in the
pool area. No liability will be accepted by the Owner for any property
or possessions brought into the house or its grounds, by any member of
the party or their visitors. Adequate travel and medical insurance is
required as a condition of the booking.
Arrival
The party will not be able to occupy the house any earlier than 4pm
local time on the first day of your stay, and you are required to vacate
the house 10.30am on the last day of your stay (unless previously arranged
in writing).
Contract
The renter accepts that the contract is not creating a lease agreement
but occupants are our guests whilst in our home. The renter agrees to
leave the property in the same condition as it was found. All breakages
must be replaced at the renters cost.
The villa is in a residential area and courtesy should be shown to neighbours,
particularly in respect of noise levels and movements within and around
the property.
